Good catch on the error. Also, there shouldn't be any uracils (U) in your DNA. They are only in RNA.

Ohhhh...I thought the triplet UAG at the end of the DNA strand was the stop codon (a mistake when you didn't exchange Thymine for Uracil) and the last four were just random bases. I see now that I skipped a triplet and missed the word book.

You are correct. I made a mistake with the stop codon, and noticed it when you responded. I put the start codon at the end. Thanks.
